一.表示在...地方，有...東西
      There is + 單數名詞      不可數名詞 + 地方
                    ↓　　　　 或               ↓
                a book.                        some water
                a dog.                          air
                                                     money
       例    There is a book on the desk.
               書桌上有一本書。
       There are + 複數名詞 + 地方
                                 ↓
                          two books
                          two dogs
                          many people
       例    There are many students in the classroom.
               教室裡有很多學生。
二.否定句
   句型        There is/are + not + 東西 + 地方
           如    There is not a book on the desk.
                   書桌上沒有書
                   There is not money in the bag.
                   袋子裏沒有錢。
三.疑問句:把is，are(be動詞)放到句首，後面加上問號(?)
       There is a book on the desk.      桌上有一本書。
       Is there a book on the desk?      桌上有書嗎?
      疑問句的回答
         Is there.......?    Yes,there is.
                                   No,there isn't.
        Are there......?   Yes,there are.
                                   No,there aren't.
          如     Is there a dictionary in your bookbag?
                  你的書包裏有字典嗎?
                   Yes,there is.     是的，有
                   No,there isn't.   不，沒有
